There was talk of it six months ago - someone emailed me to ask what I'd done
on the project.  Since this was basically nothing, as I understand C++ only
fractionally less than I understand Esperanto, I could only wish them well.  I
haven't heard back from them, or anything else on the IPTV scene.

It's a project begging a good C++ programmer here in the ACT to set up, as we
have the TransACT network already providing the testing environment.  The
architecture of the MythTV backend classes, as far as I can see, would make it
fairly easy to do - you've already got DVB stream input classes to descend
from, and working DVB tuner classes to get examples from.  It's almost, but
not quite, enough for me to want to learn C++.

So, short answer: no.
