Abstract:	Andrew is going to give an overview of some of the tools
		available that can help people who are using Debian's
		testing or unstable distributions better understand the
		transitions that the packages in this distributions go
		through. 
		
		Brad is going to give a brief wrap up of the KDE world
		summit and the plans for KDE4.
