That package doesn't seem to exist anymore.

It seems the "solution" was
# cd /usr/lib/openoffice2/share/dict/ooo
# ln -s /etc/openoffice/dictionary.lst

It seems I should have left OO.o 1.1.4 on this machine ;P

Thanks for you help.  If I hadn't gone looking for that package I
wouldn't have stumbled across the solution.
