It depends what you are after. I got my last 19" rack from the tip for $10.
They also pop up at auctions all the time. Last set of auctions also had a
bunch of Compaq server gear I didn't look at.

Rack PC cases seem to be overly expensive for what they are, so I tend to
just stick ordinary cases on shelves if I can.

There's a place in Fyshwick that makes rack furniture (name escapes me, but
I could probably zen-navigate there) such as shelves.
