[clug] Vcalendar misreading timezone

On a recommendation at the last CLUG meeting I'm using Kontact.

It's great, 

The calendar even integrates with E-mail,
 click on "Accept" and the vcalendar invite
 is booked in my calendar.

Except the timezones seem funny,
 the meeting books at 2:30 pm, when to outlook people it's 3:30.

Anyone else trying to do this in an Outlook environment?
Why is Kmail and Kalendar putting me into "DAYLIGHT"?

Could this be a bug that the northern hemisphere gurus have missed?
