I've got several friends in distributed lugs around the globe, and one of them 
just recently had to fix up a sort of discussion site for their lug. I had a 
bit of a look and I really liked what I saw;-

I realise we have emailing going nicely, although something like this could 
still go parallel to the mailing list. What do you think?
