If you're prepared to lug it from the carpark to the meeting room, feel 
free :)

Remember to bring along a powerboard with a long(ish) cable.

It may also be worth bringing along a stack of blank media in case 
someone else has something nifty (eg: a Linux Live CD, or an errant 
Samba+LDAP presentation) that you'd like to burn.
