[clug] icmp from 172.31.*.*

I note that my firewall regularly blocks icmp from this (reserved) subnet,
sometimes a few per minute, sometimes none for hours.

I thought that it is non-routable (172.16.0.0/12) and as such should
not reach my machine (on bigpond ADSL) even if it leaks (or otherwise
comes) out of another bp user.

BTW I only see these IPs
	172.31.20.24
	172.31.35.24
	172.31.35.152
The bulk are :11 (unreachable).

I must be missing something - what it this?
