I'm still interested in rapid prototyping of GUIs.

Say I have an experiment and I want to knock together a GUI to control
it.

I've played with QT and GTK. I thought GTKMM was a heap of, erm, you
know, and although QT was a dream it wasn't available free on the
Windoze box I was stuck with.
