http://qce-ga.sourceforge.net/ Is a good bet for Quickcam Express, or at
least old(er) ones.  If you have a newer one, you might need the icm532
drivers (http://icm532.sourceforge.net/) , but AFAICT that comes under
the category of "This product will cause your data to be corrupted, an'
yo head a splode!"
