[clug] [tbble: Keysigning details?]

Umm, does anyone _here_ know what's up with the keysigning at
LCA2005? I sent the below email in a couple of weeks ago, and
did not get any response. It was accepted by my upstream mail
server, but it rotates its logs more often, so I only know it
didn't show up in mail.warn or mail.err.
