Perhaps people should (learn to) use mail clients that make it easy to
reply to the list? They are cheap and plentiful. Clue is pretty cheap
too, though I hear it's sometimes hard to come by.

This is a technical list, it's not too much to expect people to learn
how to use email properly. My grandmother can use email badly, I'd
expect a bunch of geeks to know better.
