I got a copy of O'Reilly's Kerberos book
 on Kim Holburn's enthusiastic recommendation.
He said it helped him set up kerberised OpenLDAP/AD infrastructure
 for Windows, Mac and Linux in NICTA.

Haven't had time to read it myself but...
