I am setting up an Internet Merchant Account and the best I have heard of  
so far is CBA at $400pa and 45c/transaction. Does anybody know a better  
deal than this?

I have access to a Hosting Payment ID  and I understand that CBA have a  
Payment Gateway (whatever that is) which may make it cheaper.
