Eclipse handles XML poorly out of the box. There are payware plugins
(eg, XMLBuddy) available that I haven't tried but claim to be the best.
There are free plugins (XMen) available for editing, validating, XSL
transformations, etc. The free plugins are of varying quality and
maturity and not all of them work with Eclipse 3.0 yet.
