[clug] IP over interphase fibre channel

hi all

I have a slightly curly one, i have a interphase 5526 fibre channel card
that I want to send ip packets across.

The kernel reports the card and loads the module (iph5526) but a scan of
/proc/ioports seems to suggest that no io ports are assigned to the
device.

I have tried forcing a fc0 interface, however no traffic passes the port.

anyone have any ideas or experience they can share?
