I have been living in canberra for over a year now and although I goto
Sydney regularyly to catch up with friends and family, I find that if I
stay for more than
3 days, I end up with like smokers cough for a week and generally don't
feel too well.
I'm amazed at how quickly the body can adapt to a better environment.
