I've played with drivers from http://acx100.sourceforge.net/ with limited success, worth a fiddle.  Let me know if you have any
luck.

Otherwise the Aironet series (formerly Arlan now Cisco) seem to be the go.  I've sold and used Aironet stuff (pre 802.11) for years,
it's always been good.
