[clug] Extracting frames out of movies

Hi,

I've got a digital camera that can take movies in .mov format which
xanim identifies as QuickTime (file can't make sense of it). Does
anyone know a program to extract just the first frame out for a
thumbnail or something? I found qtdechunk in the quicktime-utils
package but it only does all frames.

Any suggestions?
