Poseidon is based on ArgoUML
<http://www.gentleware.com/knowledge/projects.php4> so the two are very
similar. 

I use Poseidon CE and find it pretty good. Poseidon has -- to me, at
least -- a slightly nicer UI over ArgoUML. However, I'm not what you
might call hard-core. I use UML to document things: no code generation
or round-trip engineering. Poseidon CE only generates Java code.
