Everybody, thanks heaps for helping me out with Kernel panic.

I tried to pass init=/bin/bash option when I was using "rescue" mode, but
that didn't helped me too much, and after that I tried a fresh install,
and the first thing I did was,  I removed the "pcmcia" modules, and now
everything is working just fine!

It seems that there is a bug with "pcmcia" modules and the standard bf24
image of Woody 3.0 r 2.
