I have just logged a call with iinet tech support on behalf of a PCUG
memebr for exactly the same issue.
Reverse DNS is screwed.

I agree totally that iinet suck. They screwed my hosting operation when
they took over webone.

Try velocity. They have a good rap.

I would say that the best way to deal with that problem is to move away
from iinet.  I had a bad experience with them the other day and as a 3
year long loyal Webone client I didn't deserve it.  Find  a local ISP. 
YOu will be better off.
