[clug] IRQ problems with 2.4.21 kernel

I have IOAPIC turned on but just noticed the CPU is not set for P4 which
is what I've got.

You enable this by turning on multiple IO APICs in your kernel config,
then recompiling your kernel. It's located (in make menuconfig, at
least) about where you switch SMP on/off.

The above may help. What are your Plug n Play settings in your BIOS and
kernel? Do they match up?
