[clug] TransACT and netgear ADSL modem /router

The Motorola Streamaster has a VDSL "modem" inside but the i3 Mood  
talks only over Ethernet and relies on the Marconi FLX Stream ISG to do  
the DSL part.

TransACT video products are only offered over TransACT's VDSL network,  
not its ADSL network at present.
