Pardon me for adding to the noise here.

The way I understood this list was that it is run similar to CLUG, everyone pitches 
in and tries to do the right thing.

If anyone consistently does the wrong thing they would get told.

The law should have nothing to do with this list as it is private (you opt in).

If the law does get involved it needs to be changed.

Anyone who does not agree with this should be sent to room 101.
