[clug] rsync and vfat filesystems

Hello All,

I use 40GB USB drive to cart files and tools to and from work. I want to
do a 2-way synch of the files on the USB drive with my reiserfs disk on
my home server.

Does anyone have advice about using rsync for vfat and reiserfs? Are
there any issues that may cause problems? Have others done this sort
operation before?
