Well, there was some guy that wanted work for a week who was posting to this
list offering to work for free.  This even gives cash rewards on success.

Get a few hundred of your closest friends together to each put this much
money in. $500 one-off is peanuts, especially for those who have the
expert knowledge you require.

Or, do it yourself. You have access to all the source code.
