A suggestion,

  Maybe we should add occaisional [Employment] and [Wanted] adds for 
active list members, in addition to [For Sale], people not wanting them 
can filter them out.  I do quite like being able to see things like this,
  Unfortunately I've no security clearence, or I'd have had a go at the 
latest job.
