[clug] databasing CD-ROMs

One application I'm missing from my windows days.  There was a very
handy "Offline CD Browser" which stored file info for any CDs and I
could search and browse file-explorer-like (except contents of course).

I'm looking for the same for Linux.  Freshmeat seems to mention a few,
but are in alpha state, or look like they don't quite do the job.

Any recommendations for existing software?
