Having done the 'read-all-the-TransAct-ISP-websites' shuffle, Velocity were 
looking pretty good to me prior to a couple of recommendations here. All they 
really seem to need is a proofreader for their web site text.

The fact that their AUP doesn't seem to prohibit running servers bodes well 
too.
