I used to have transact, before I moved. I tried a couple of providers.

I had some bad experiences with netspeed - had some problems with the
service, had trouble convincing them the problems existed, had an argument
with the manager, and left. Then filed a small-claims-court motion
against them (which was eventually settled) when they didn't send me my
promised refund, and didn't so much as acknowledge/return my letters/phone
calls.

Then again, other people here have had no trouble with them at all. I'd
be surprised if they still have the same technical problems I suffered,
and while the manager there seemed like a prick to me, I *had* been on the
phone for over an hour trying to sort things out before I was transferred
to him (just before we terminated the contract), so wasn't in tne best of
moods when we spoke...

So I'll never use netspeed again, but YMMV.

(The other ISP I used, before moving to an un-transactable flat, was
webone, and they no longer exist (bought out by iinet. No idea what
they're like these days).
