I need to clear space, so the following need to go. They're all fixed freq,
and require a bit of hardware hacking (just changing the connector, and
maybe a couple of caps to combine the sync signals). Good for a *nix machine
that doesn't change resolution.

1 Sun GDM 20S5 (greyscale)
3 Sun 1962B
1 Sun GDM 20D10 (multisync 1024x768 upwards, no base, needs a bit of loving)
