If you have AGP, go with an NVIDIA GeForce 4. Due to the GF FX being
available, the GF4s have gotten below $100. For your specs, you only
need like a GF4 MX. You get TV out and twin view for under $100, I think
you'll be impressed. The down side is that the official drivers are
binary only, but the free software ones seem to do what you want anyway.
They don't have the patented stuff though like 3D texture compression,
however you didn't state it as a requirement so I think these cards are
your solution.
