The paper title is: "Fear Less And Other Patterns for Introducing New
Ideas into Organizations"

Anyone heard of the authors? Are they credible?  Do they say anything
new/different/interesting/useful?

I think they may provide some useful models/techniques for both
individuals and us collectively to promote Open Source.

What do you all think??
