[clug] [OT] EMI "copy control" on Linux

EMI cds featuring cactus data shield 200 feature a prominent warning on
the back stating they will only play on windows (and in some cases
Macintosh) pc's and feature the Copy Protected CD logo.

On the other hand, CD paranoia will trivially defeat the protection
mechanism (it's a multi-sessioning hack with a pair of TOCs that will be
result in different results depending on the read mode).
