Hi,
Try connecting to transact with username transcity (or it might be transcity at transact.com.au, or something like that) password transcity instead of your normal isp login. I havnt tried it in awhile since it requires disconnecting from your isp first, and i run a server.
Once you're in, go to www.transcity.com.au (only works internally).
