[clug] Alternate ISP for WebOne TransAct customers?...

Hi Stu

I've been using Netspeed/TransACT for over 2 years. I know that they've been
trashed on this list but I've found them responsive and reliable.  They're
reasonably competetive, or not so far behind that I've wanted to change. But
I've never wanted to expose services.
