I don't know what it was like before, but now it is very asymetric:
>From webone (Transact) to samba.org is 27 hops
>From samba.org to Webone (Transact) is 19 hops

>From Webone (Transact) to TIP is 15 hops
>From TIP to Webone (Transact) is 7 hops (it used to be about 5 I think)
