The closest I can find is at http://www.iinet.net.au/fault/fault.cgi

I've no idea if they have incorporated the webone equip/services into that
or not.

To save you looking, as of 12:30 today, the only listed faults are with
Brisbane (regional) and Perth ADSL services.
