[clug] Dealing with Font Clashes

I had the same problem (right down to the " being displayed as ?). I'd 
installed the MS core fonts on one machine, made a document using 
TimesNewRoman and opened it on another machine without the core fonts 
installed. As much as I remember, changing the font didn't fix it. I had 
to install the core fonts on the second machine.
