A couple of months ago in the Linux journal there was an article on
Spambayes, a Bayesian spam filter.

I set it up about 4 weeks ago and have been faithfully training it each
day with any spam that I get.

Now I am getting virtually no spam through and have had no false positives.
In this period I've saved off 525 spam messages and am currently getting
around 20 messages a day that I dont have to see.  Maybe one message every
second day gets past the filter.

Anyway I thought I'd let people know that it works pretty well and I'd
highly recommend it.
