[clug] Debian - installing and upgrading talk for CLUG meeting?

A possible talk topic for this Thursday.

This is probably old hat for a lot of people,
 but I would like to hear about installing Debian
 and using apt.

Are there enough interested to warrant starting with basics?

Are there some finer points
 that could keep the attention of the old hands?
