TransCity still not ready yet

ROFL.  The 'original' schedule!  You have got to be kidding.

Unless someone was making up the notes they took in November 2001, I think the 
'original' schedule was late 2001 or early 2002.

Still, don't blame the rep, they have problaby only been working there for 
short while and have no idea.  In fact, as far as I can tell, half of 
Transact does not know what is going on most of the time, so even if they 
have been there for the last couple of years, they may still genuinely 
believe that 03/04 was the original schedule.  I'm generally amazed that the 
(dis)organisation manages to function at all.
