Debian testing - where do I get it?

Well, from my understanding on the Debian world is that there is no need
to ever wait. I would do something like this (assuming infinite
bandwidth):

 - Install 3.0r1
 - Change the /etc/apt/sources.list file to point at the testing locations
instead
 - apt-get update
 - apt-get dist-upgrade
 - wait

If you do the last three steps every now and then, you'll always be close
to what is about to be released... Once it is released, you can start
tracking stable if you really want.
