Hi HENRIQUE
You might need to add the following to the [global] section of your smb.conf
encrypt passwords = Yes
However if this doesn't help you might want post your smb.conf to this list
and also explain exactly what error messages you are getting if any.

Hello everybody of this list....

I am new here... 

I have found problems with file sharing between a
Mandrake Linux and a Windows 2000 professional, both
in PC machines.

in another machine of my network, the linux share
files with a win98' .... but not with a 2000....

i have installed today the file

 samba-server-2.2.8a-2mdk.i586.rpm 

Somebody can help me ?
