It doesn't seem like they are serious about ever getting it working.  
The last time I stopped by, I got called a fscking lamer for asking why 
it didn't compile.

Turns out that it couldn't be compiled inside the source tree.
That's not the kind of release I want to put my name on.

The second last paragraph has some amusement value.
