Which version of the installer are you using. If you don't have it then
get version 3 as it fixes a fair few bugs.
What version of Apache are you installing to? I will guess 1.3.xx
That should be OK.
Try searching the macromedia support pages.
http://www.macromedia.com/support/
If you don't have any luck then I can loan you a copy of CF5 that will
work untill you resolve your problems.
