Subject: [UUNite] Feb Meeting - Don't miss it.

Hi All,

This coming meeting sounds like it should be very interesting, we
have our good friend Ben Ellis Elliston, who is gunna give us the low
down on TDMA. See Blurb Below.

Hope to see you all there!

TMDA (Tagged Message Delivery Agent) is a new mail delivery agent
designed to substantially reduce the amount of spam you receive. The
TMDA approach to mail delivery is akin to the transition the Internet
made in the early 90s with respect to firewalls: your mailbox is a
resource to protect, so only mail that is explicitly permitted will be
delivered. This access is controlled by a whitelist which you
maintain, or can have TMDA maintain.

Having become sick at the sight of spam, I took drastic measures and
installed TMDA a few weeks ago. Having found it to be a resounding
success, I will share my experiences, but will discuss some of the
"gotchas" that might not be apparent at first glance.
