I agree - however a 'little birdie' told me that TransACT want to charge
each ISP between $500 and $1500 per ISP per month to have them interconnect
/ peer between each other.

This hardly encourages ISP's to peer with each other via TransACT even
though they are physically less than 2m apart.

Perhaps TransACT should rethink this charge.
