OT, adsl to gungalin?

It looks like Telstra have very recently made changes
that allow ADSL to be connected in Gungahlin (the Crace
exchange uses fibre between the exchange and the final
run copper):

Slightly off topic, however I am wondering about something, someone I know
is moving out to Gungalin and they wish to get ADSL there. They will be in
Nugnawal (probably mispelt), accordsing to the telstra website the exchange
for them is the Crace exchange or something, and also according to telstra
you can not get Telstra ADSL there. Okay so from this one would htink there
